Shipping policy
Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@thefocusedapparel.com and we'll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
Note Since our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns due to sizing errors on the customer's part. Please refer to our size guides before ordering.
